Ethical Sourcing

I am committed to evaluating the integrity of my sources and maintaining the highest standards with the products I use. I don't use any preservatives, corn syrup or artificial flavors. I also try to source organic, local and seasonal products to the greatest extent possible. 

I source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Some of the organic ingredients I use are cream, butter, vanilla bean, vanilla extract and tea.

The French and Belgian chocolate and American colored cocoa butter used are Kosher certified. 

I am dedicated to using products that have strong ethical, social, and environmental standards, as evidenced by the Fairtrade certification. 

The French and Belgian couverture chocolates used includes a small amount of European non-GMO soy lecithin which serves as an emulsifier.

Allergens: Made in a kitchen where there are nuts, soy, wheat, milk and egg proteins and gluten
