Palmer's Chocolates
Putting a little sweetness back into the world, one chocolate at a time...
Chocolate Workshops
I’m excited to offer small, private chocolate-making workshops for Harvard students and their friends!
For more than five years, I’ve been making handmade chocolates for Harvard families to celebrate their child's birthday, Housing Day, graduation, care packages, and other special moments.
Over the past two years, I’ve taught hands-on chocolate workshops to Cabot students, and I’m now opening select sessions for private groups of friends who would like a fun and creative afternoon together.
This artisanal workshop includes tasting chocolate, learning about sourcing and tempering, as well as making truffles, chocolate bars and other tasty treats.
